SHIPPING

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you offer International Shipping?

International orders are shipped at a flat rate with an average shipping time of 10-30 business days (not including order processing times, weekends or holidays). Shipping and handling does not include import duties into the country of destination. All import duties, taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the purchasers.

Customs and/or duties will be collected for orders shipping to all international destinations by the local governing agency. The shipping courier may also collect these charges on behalf of the government. Please check with the border agency of the country you are shipping to if you are unsure of the regulations. These funds are not paid to or collected by Roots of Fight and as such are non-refundable.

If you feel you were overcharged please reach out directly to your local border agency for instructions on how to dispute the charges

What are the estimated delivery times?

Our Products are sourced and printed from our printing partners based in the US and Europe. Therefore, it can take on average between 2-4 weeks for the purchased items to reach your doorstep depending on where you are based, and potentially longer due to delays out of our control. Customers outside of North America and Europe can expect longer shipping times. What we can promise is that you will do our best to get you your item, but with no guarantees on timeline for fulfillment, shipping and delivery. Current fulfillment time is 2-10 days depending on the items ordered.  Usual delivery times are 3 business days after fulfillment for US, 5 days for EU and 10 for rest of the world. We do not refund purchases due to delays in delivery or buyer’s remorse.

My order never arrived what do I do? 

Once a package is on its way, the shipping service is responsible for it. Make sure you provided the correct information. If provided information was correct, write to us, including your order number. We'll do our best in our limited power. Please email our customer service team at info@starsofthetribe.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent. 

We offer a 30-day guarantee on manufacturing defects only. Please provide any proof available. Although defects are extremely rare, if you can prove your case, we'll do our best to replace it free of charge. To return/exchange a defective item, please contact info@starsofthetribe.com

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

If you received the incorrect item or size you ordered, we'll exchange it free of charge. If we ask you to return the item as proof, it must be in pristine condition. Once received and satisfactory, a new item will be sent.

Where do your products come from?

All our products are printed, on-site, one by one, on a per-order basis, at different production facilities all over the world. If you order an item to be shipped in the USA, chances are it will be made in USA. The base blank items or materials that our partners use come from different sources depending on the product line and where the order is being fulfilled.
