Our products are made especially for you upon receipt of your order. That is why it takes a bit longer to deliver your item. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and minimize environmental pollution. So, thanks for making a thoughtful purchasing decision!
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times do not include processing times and start when the shipping courier has received the package. Orders will not be processed until we have received credit card verification and authorization.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee shipping times, average shipping times for the mainland USA are 5-14 business days (not including order processing times, weekends or holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 8am EST, weekends, or holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
International Shipping
International orders have an average shipping time of 10-30 business days (not including order processing times, weekends or holidays). Shipping and handling does not include import duties into the country of destination. All import duties, taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the purchasers.

Once a package is on its way, the shipping service is responsible for it. Make sure you provided the correct information. If provided information was correct, write to us, including your order number. We'll do our best. Please email our customer service team at info@starsofthetribe.com

IAll sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.
We offer a 30-day guarantee on manufacturing defects only. Please provide any proof available. Although defects are extremely rare, if you can prove your case, we'll do our best to replace it free of charge. To return/exchange a defective item, please contact info@starsofthetribe.com.

Please ensure that all of your order information is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed.

If you change your mind, please send us a cancellation request at info@starsofthetribe.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request and let you know if we can process your cancellation. Unfortunately orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you received the incorrect item or size you ordered, we'll exchange it free of charge. If we ask you to return the item as proof, it must be in pristine condition. Once received and satisfactory, a new item will be sent.

Shopify is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
